The launcher keeps itself up to date

It now checks for a new version of itself when it opens and again whenever you close the game, takes the update before it touches the game, and restarts into it. The descriptor it checks is signed with the same key as every release, so what it installs over itself is what we published and nothing else. The news panel is part of the same change: one feed for everybody, and a headline you can click straight through to the article.
